Simply thaw the product as directed on the package and unroll the puff pastry sheet for use in recipe preparation. The format makes it possible to have a large sheet of puff pastry already rolled out while limiting the volume occupied in the restaurant/professional’s freezer cell.
Ingredients containing allergenic substances are indicated in bold in the data sheet and on the label in accordance with Reg. EC 1169/2011. The product contains gluten. May contain traces of egg,soy and mustard.
