Poached ricotta and spinach 100 g

The first savory variant of Graziadei’s signature “poached” format where a mélange puff pastry encloses a filling of spinach and mountain ricotta. Thought of as an “Easter cake” for Easter Monday picnics, it has found its connotation as an aperitif product or for bars and bakeries for a quick lunch.
Ingredients containing allergenic substances are indicated in bold in the data sheet and on the label in accordance with Reg. EC 1169/2011. The product contains gluten. May contain traces of soy and mustard
