For us, product quality is the priority. This is why each phase of the production process is followed and monitored carefully:

  • Starting from the raw materials, only apples from our area are used: the quality of peeling of each single apple is checked;
  • The depositions of the single folds of the puff pastry are carefully checked;
  • The production process is regulated so that the pasta receives the right rest;
  • We manually separate the apples intended for the various types of strudel to ensure a perfect filling.
